Floral Platter With Gold Edge

This gorgeous Floral Platter is handmade locally by Cape Town based ceramicist Luisa Belter from Codevilla Ceramics. The intricate process includes using press mould. The flowers around the rim are stamped with a bespoke hand cut original design Lino stamp while the white earthenware clay delivers that pure white effect. The variation in colour is achieved by painting on different strengths of cobalt to get the watercolour effect. No one item is the same so you are sure to find your favourite. The last step in creating these beautiful pieces is the trimming of the edges and each flower’s centre with genuine gold lustre which is fully washable and never comes off. The dishes are then allocated with their own unique number hand painted on the underside making this luxurious piece bespoke and exclusive to High Discount stores. It is fully washable, dishwasher safe but preferably hand wash and not microwaveable. It measures at 37cm in length, 1cm in height and 28cm in width.
